First of all, I would like to welcome and thank you all for attending the off-line ceremony of Fengwo million gasoline engine turbochargers. As the first batch of employees who joined Fengwo, today I would like to share with you the development of Fengwo since its establishment seven years ago. Perhaps some of you here are not very clear that seven years ago we were a beach, and it was in this environment that we started our entrepreneurial journey.

In 2011, while we were drawing blueprints, we worked with the workers to move bricks and stare at the factory building project; in 2012, we began to buy equipment and develop suppliers. However, when we took the turbocharger made by Fengwo to the market with great joy and painstaking efforts, we found that things were not as smooth as we imagined. Because at that time our customers didn't really believe that our own brand could do a good job in gasoline engine turbochargers, and some customers even didn't even give them a chance to test. Some people say that your performance is good, but the reliability cannot pass, and when our reliability passes, they will say that NVH is not good... In short, everything is not as good as we imagined, but this does not stop us from continuing to struggle . With unremitting persistence and hard work, we ushered in a turning point in 2014. The Zhengzhou Haima 1.5T with Fengwo products was successfully launched in batches. We broke the long-term monopoly of multinational companies in this field. From September 2014, we started SOP .

In 2015, our sales volume reached 80,000 units, in 2016 this figure rose to 280,000 units, and this year is expected to be close to 800,000 units. Today, we are very pleased to hold the roll-off ceremony of one million gasoline engine turbochargers here. It took us only three years from the first successful SOP to the millionth unit.

Looking back on the past three years, I think Fengwo has made several improvements:

The first is to improve the diversification of customers. From the beginning, Haima was only one customer, and later we established cooperation with Geely Automobile, Zotye, Aerospace Mitsubishi, BYD, Dongan Mitsubishi, Huatai, etc. Our customer base is constantly expanding.

The second is that from zero to one million units is not only an increase in numbers, but also an improvement in our overall operating capabilities, quality assurance capabilities, and production capabilities. Of course, the improvement of this ability is not simply to increase the production line from one to five, but to enhance the traceability of each production line behind it and to increase the QR code of each component. The prevention and testing of the entire production line is our improvement and the strengthening of our entire system. In addition, the improvement of supplier management capabilities and even the layout of suppliers, etc., these comprehensive capabilities have created this one million units.

Third, the increase in the number of one million units also reflects the diversification of the products we supply to customers: from the VT01 series at the beginning to the VT02 series later, from split volutes to connected volutes, from single flow Road to double channel...

Behind these diversity is that Fengwo continuously increases the application and implementation of the entire product PLM system, manages products throughout the life cycle, continuously improves the capabilities of the entire CAE department and experimental department, and promotes the level of aerodynamics and new product research and development. improved.

The above is our progress and improvement in the past few years, and these have also created our achievements today. We know that every bit of progress is not easy, because we all know who our competitors are? They are all multinational giants with 40 to 50 years of accumulated experience, and we young people like Fengwo will compete with them in product, quality, technology, service and other aspects with enthusiasm, and we will make every bit of progress. Knowing is not easy.

I clearly remember that when providing urgent samples to customers, our product engineers and procurement engineers worked together day and night to overcome problems, improve the process plan, improve the design, and then try our best to deliver high-quality products to customers in the shortest time, And our project engineer even took a special plane to deliver the product to the customer one day in advance. I know that everything behind it is very hard, but when I see that the customer has achieved the engine performance he expected with our products, and delivered the engine to the complete vehicle customer on time, when I see his satisfied expression, I think All our efforts are worth it.

In addition, another feeling I want to talk about is gratitude. What is it that we rely on to get to where we are today? Rely on the trust, support and help of customers. When it comes to the strongest competitiveness of Fengwo, I think it is not the so-called high-tech equipment, not the modern factory buildings, but the trust, support and help of our customers. Looking back on Fengwo’s seven-year history, a few years ago we were like a stunned young man with only enthusiasm. We wanted to taste the fruits halfway up the mountain, but we didn’t know how to get up the mountain. The road was full of thorns. At this time, some kind-hearted people told us that the young man was unable to go this way, and it was better to go that way. At the same time, some kind-hearted people sent us axes and built a small bridge for us, allowing us to reach the hillside and pick fruits. Today, Fengwo’s 1 million gasoline engine turbochargers rolled off the production line, which is the fruit we picked on the mountainside. The reason why we can’t wait to share it with our customers is because you are the ones who help us and guide us.
