2 , Responsible for tracking and confirming the supplier's improvement report and implementation effect, and conducting on-site audit and inspection if necessary.

3 , Responsible for formulating the inspection specifications and inspection plans of the incoming inspection department, and providing timely training and guidance to inspectors.

4 , Make a statistical score on the quality status of existing suppliers every month, and put forward improvement requirements for suppliers with lower scores within a time limit.

5 , Formulate the supplier's annual process audit plan, and conduct process audits on suppliers as required.

6 , Production of monthly and weekly reports of incoming materials from suppliers.

job description:

1 , According to the project goals and requirements, carry out the overall design of the motor and the key technology research.

2 , Responsible for the design and development of permanent magnet synchronous motors and related mechanical parts.

3 , Responsible for the electromagnetic finite element simulation analysis and parameter calculation of the motor, the optimization of the electromagnetic structure, the suppression of torque fluctuations, and the reduction of power consumption.

4 , Responsible for permanent magnet synchronous motor system debugging, testing and optimization.

5 , Cooperate with mechanical designers and control system designers to complete system development

and participate in the discussion of problems during the experiment.

6 , Track the advanced motor design and manufacturing technology at home and abroad, and optimize the technical route.

job requirements :

1 , Proficient in motor design theory, familiar with motor materials, processes, testing, motor control, quality management, etc.

2 , Skilled use of motor simulation analysis software (ansysmaxwell Jmag , Flux , Magnets , ansoft at least one ) , with experience in motor eddy current loss analysis and optimization, thermal analysis and optimization, and low power consumption design.

3 、Have design or project experience of permanent magnet synchronous motor; experience in motor parts processing and assembly is preferred.
